Life, and Its Daunting Decisions
Well, I made a blog today. It wasn't very fun because I couldn't choose a name(thanks Natasha). Well i should probably tell you a little about me. My name is Dynahlee. I'm fifteen years old. I enjoy reading and confusing people. I'm very hyper and that can sometimes fluster people. I'm looking up colleges right now that are in New York. THE MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH (other than Disneyland). It's kind of depressing, because it's like admitting that I DO have to grow up and make important decisions. That scares me, just knowing that my days of youth are indeed "limited". I mean we spend half of our life complaining about the things that are in front of us, and the other half regretting, that we spent so much time complaining, and not enough time enjoying it. When you think about it, how often do you break away and just relax? As crazy and as stress filled this world is, it's so difficult to stop and appreciate the simple things, even if it is just a flower, or if your mom put an extra cookie in your lunch. When we were little we lived in the moment. We were amazed by the worms in the ground and curious about why everything happened. When did it all change? Why do we make life complicated, no matter what, it will go on. The world doesn't wait for you, or when the time is right. The sun will shine tomorrow whether you want it to or not. Are these the things that trouble us? That keep us awake at night knowing that even though you didn't study for that math test, you're still going to have to take it. Knowing that it goes by so fast and at a moments notice, everything can be ripped away from you. I personally don't know the answers to these questions, and maybe i'm just trying to sound philosophical, but do you ever think about these things? I know I do. So on that note, i should probably go finish up my homework because i gotta get my B's to C's, and my D's to C's because the deadlines are coming whether I like it or not!
