I gave you life child, I can take it away

WOW. I haven't blogged in forever, but i'm glad i'm getting around to it.

February 27th, 2010. AKA the best day of my life.
so basically i'm going to relive the whole dang thing for you, because i can :)

SO we I got to natashas house at 6:10 P.M. and then we all drew numbers to see where we were sitting and then we took pictures outside natasha's house. we drove in two cars to the Long Beach Terrace Theater. Except we didn't know where to go so we got out of the car and followed these random strangers who found their way to where we needed to be. We got to the door all excited because Jason Mraz was in the building we were about to enter and then we went up to the door... and Bam! Half of the ticket order had been canceled. So we all freaked out and a few of us were verge of tears so we ran to the ticket booth but there were NO more tickets. So natasha called her mom and we all thoroughly freaked out wondering who would go in, and who wouldn't.
We talked to the supervisor/manager person and told her our dilemma where she then revealed that there WERE tickets that could be sold to us. Oh and the were row 10 (not row 19, the row that had been taken from us) so we were all gleeful and the stress was inching away. we got in and these guys were playing on the stairs and yea, they were cute, and their music was awesome.( we later found out they were the makepeace brothers) so yea it was really crowded in there and we did a ticket switch and then left to find water, food, and bathrooms.

The lines were bad, the prices of food worse. yea i paid $3.75 for a bottle of water and $2.25 for skittles that i didn't even eat : / SO anyways we all got our stuff and went to find our seats. to our surprise the whole place was EMPTY. oh yea and we were in row freaking 10! so we sat there waiting for something to happen, deciding if we should move or not( we never did)

then the MakePeace brothers came on and we all agreed the boy in the blue shirt was like the cutest thing on earth... except for jason. They were playing really good music and we were like GAH! so two of them are twins and then there was a jason look-a-like in the band, and then they were gone and we were like Jason?

but no. there was another opener. Bushwalla. OMG the funniest persion ever. He really got the crowd started and in the middle of a song he ran of stage into the crowd and jumped up on an empty chair in row 8!!! He basically could've been singing to us cuz we were like right there and we freaked out and we were like "Yay row 10!!!!" So then he went back on stage and we all agreed that he was hilarious, and had the best hip movements :) he has 4 rooms in his heart.
1.The Kitchen
2.The Bathroom
3.The spare bedroom (full of boxes)
4. and then the bedroom (we'll you know what happens there)
man he was funny hehehe :)

Then Jessie came out and told us this story that was truly inspiring yet, very sad at the same time. LifeRollsOn which was about paralyzed people being able to surf again, and it was really heart touching. It was his birthday to, he seemed like such a nice person who really took a bad situation and ran with it to make it the best it could be. I really want to volunteer at one of his events, especially after seeing how happy he was making people.

Then timmy curran came on. his music was okay. He played a long set, and everyone was getting sleepy and stuff. everyone was waiting for jason and getting a little ancy because it was almost 10. Timmy finally finished and this video came on of jason. It was about him not being able to go to a LifeRollsOn fund raiser and in the end he totally modded the guy by saying he could be carried around everywhere. The video ended with him being carried away. ANd then BAM! someone carried him on stage and everyone cheered/screamed/clapped/jumped up and down :)

After the first song or two jane screamed "I LOVE YOU!" and we freaked out because he totally heard her so we like freaked out that he had heard her voice and stuff. He was talking about spending time with his mom and i told jane and natasha that i wanted him to be my babies daddy.Then he sang his "momma said" song. and one of the lines was "I'm gonna give you all my loving i'm gonna make you a momma too" and then i freaked out because he totally got my telepathy. <3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_36">Toca and jane and i screamed TOCA!!! and he ignored us and said the ceiling looked like the bottom of a shoe and everyone looked and decided it did.
Everytime a song came on that we knew we stood up and started singing and dancing. After he played Butterfly we looked behind us and realized that the people had left. oops. To Bad they're party poopers. thats their money they won't get back.

He played LUCKY with soome chick, which was so not okay because they shared a microphone and like. It was so not okay. But we got a great view of his butt so it was all good hehehe scandalous. but seriously. Jason has a GREAT butt. <3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_44">jane and i talked about how if her hair got into food it would never end if someone tried to pull it out. YUCK!

So then he closed with I'm yours and i was so bummed because he really hadn't played that long but at least he was still playing an encore :) And i was bummed because i hadn't worked up the nerve to scream "I LOVE YOU JASON" so i promised myself i would do it.

Anyhow, Jason came back on stage and invited everyone backstage on which was surprisingly a lot of people. And right before everyone started to go into their songs i finally screamed "I LOVE YOU!" which of course i got no response to so i yelled "I KNOW YOU HEARD ME!" which made the entire audience laugh ( yea i made 800 people laugh. it's seriously an amazing feeling) AND THEN HE POINTED!!! HOLY CRAP. JASON MRAZ POINTED AT ME!!!!! or in my direction. i dont care where it was, but i know it was directed at ME. AHHHHHH!!!!!! My future husband pointed at me so i freaked out and started crying and shaking because holy moley. he pointed at ME!! so from that moment on i knew it was love.

Encore went on and the songs were beautiful all directed to the cause. and jason closed the show with a beautiful new song which i really want a copy of. And the lights were on and sharon points and says "SELENA GOMEZ!" yes, sharon freaked over selena gomez. because yea she was sitting in row 10 with her little sister. (glorious row 10) and then the concert was over, and jason casually threw numerous picks into the audience <3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_58">merch and saw the the makepeace brothers were signing autographs and taking pics so we freaked out (for the zillionth time that night) we bought Cd's and had them sign them where simone then attempted to take out picture. ANd these guys were SUPER cute in person. Especially blueshirtguy. except the camera was on video so we took a video of us awkwardly standing there. and then it was on night. so we were STILL standing there. and then the camera was fixed and we took the picture and everyone walked away. except for me because i asked for a hug from blueshirtguy <3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_65">muscley, bear hug gah. even as i tried to walk away he continued to hug me. so then i like skipped away and almost died and told everyone my hug story. Yea, i'm like sorta in love.

then I went to natasha's house and we talked for a really long time before finally going to bed. In the morning we woke up and made fail pancakes. because well, we fail. like legitimately fail. but in the end i got a heart looking pancake. which was well deserved, because i was definitely feeling the love.

So that was the best day of my life summed up for you in essay form. and we need to do it again.
